Thank you brother Abdikareem and the team behind Minbar Initiative for putting together this report.
I am a teacher by profession. I also served as educational administrator. And now I am a trainer working with non-profit organization.
In my view:
The 5 challenges listed repeatedly appear in every study hence became the most documented in all records (government and private). The opportunities listed are all true but haven’t been tapped into. The last of the recommendations “Building political Will” is the biggest determining factor.
All the great ideas and thoughts and plans that are on paper are enough to set our country on a path toward excellent education such that in a few decades we be competing with Finland and other countries.
In summary, I believe author Abdikareem and other able Minbar team can team up to come up with Policy Document or some written piece aimed at garnering political will for transforming our education system.
I AM WILLING TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THAT PIECE
Thankyou for your activaties.
Thanks
Well done Abdikarem
